Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum, keep it on our own server and never sell it.

Version 1.2 · Effective November 2026

Who is responsible

Ingeniar.AI, Moscú N33-110 y Noruega, Torre Pontina building, Quito, Ecuador, is responsible for the information described here. Contact: privacy@ingeniar.ai.

What we collect when you send a brief

Your name, work email, organization, country, the answers you choose in the form, your notes and any link you share. We use them only to reply to your request, prepare a proposal and follow up on it.

We do not download or open the links you share automatically. A person opens them when reviewing your request.

Legal basis and consequences

We process your data with your consent (Art. 7(1) LOPDP) and, to prepare the proposal you request, as a pre-contractual measure (Art. 7(5)). Without your name and email we cannot reply; if the data is inaccurate, we may be unable to reach you or may propose the wrong thing. We make no automated decisions about you and build no profiles: the recommendations in the acknowledgment are guidance reviewed by a person.

How we measure visits

We count page views, time on page, scroll depth, button clicks, the country of the visit and, on corporate or institutional networks, the name of the organization that owns the network (public network-registry data). We do this under our legitimate interest in understanding which organizations are interested in our services (Art. 7(8) LOPDP). You can object at privacy@ingeniar.ai.

We do not use cookies or tracking pixels, and our system does not store IP addresses: each visit is counted with a code that changes every day and cannot identify you. Our hosting provider keeps technical access logs for a limited time for server security. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we only count the page view.

Where the information is kept

On our own hosting server in the United States, outside any public folder. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising or form services. Email is sent through our hosting provider.

How long we keep it

Briefs: 24 months from receipt, or until you ask us to delete them. Raw visit records: 90 days; after that only totals by country, page and network type remain, without organization names. Backups rotate every 12 weeks; a deletion you request is complete once that copy rotates out.

International transfers

Your information is hosted on DreamHost servers in the United States, which acts as our data processor under contract. We apply the safeguards of articles 55 to 57 of Ecuador's LOPDP, and you can request a copy of them at privacy@ingeniar.ai.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification and updating, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, or withdraw your consent as easily as you gave it, by writing to privacy@ingeniar.ai. We reply within 15 days, free of charge. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to Ecuador's Superintendency of Personal Data Protection.

If you live in the United States: we do not sell or share your personal information, and you can request access or deletion at the same address. Residents of Europe keep their GDPR rights.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
